How do I know which level to start at?+
Start with the course that matches your current CEFR level. If you are unsure, book a placement test or contact us and we will recommend a starting point.
Are the courses live or self-paced?+
Both. Core lessons are asynchronous so you can study on your schedule, and live speaking labs give you regular practice with an instructor.
What is included in a bundle?+
A bundle groups related courses — for example a complete CEFR level or a language starter pack — at a better value than buying each course separately.
How long do I have access?+
Access duration is shown on every course and bundle. It is written onto your enrollment when you are granted access, so later changes never shorten what you already own.
